But having been on the front lines of cyber defense for 2 decades we've learned that one size does not fit all organisations. Too often these relatively static standards lead organisations to spend time and money where they don't need to and to overlook their unique vulnerabilities.
Solution Applied: Over the years we have continually evolved our own proprietary maturity framework which looks at a wider range of key factors that dictate an organisation's unique strengths, weaknesses and risks.
We have applied this framework at organisations in both the private and public sectors with equal success. With each application, a unique profile emerges. Every organisation has it's own unique operational footprint, mix of cultures and each faces it's own unique challenges in a quickly evolving threat landscape.
Result: Our framework measures organisational capability and organisational strategy and then compares the results against the current threat landscape to produce a bespoke roadmap to cyber security. Organisations we work with are safer and more situationally aware in this rapidly evolving digital landscape than those that only rely on static standards such as NIST or ISO for guidance.
